Installation of wall panels

Vertical wall, should be in contact with the base plate of the floor trough place MATS and other soft foam material, to prevent damage to the base plate, two wall around the corner from board floor groove neutrality, should be timely adjusted according to the feeding position wallboard plane position and verticality, library board and checking wall top elevation is correct (straight to all need to check). After the position of the wall board is correct, weld the corner iron on the board beam, and fix the inside and outside of the corner board (make a sealing paste between the inside and outside of the corner board and the cabinet board). When welding the corner iron parts, the corner iron parts of the stock plate should be covered with shielding material to prevent the high temperature damage to the stock plate and welding slag splashing on the stock plate during arc welding.

If the gap does not meet the nuclear requirements, the plate should be removed, the plate edge should be trimmed, and the plate seam should be reinstalled to meet the requirements. When fixing the connector, pay attention to fix the two parts of a set of connector respectively at the edge of two library boards, with 5X13 rivet fixed, the distance of the connector to be able to tighten the two library boards is appropriate. When the wedge iron is tight, the hammer and the wedge iron should be kept perpendicular to avoid the damage to the storage board. The wedge iron in the upper and lower parts should be tightly wedged at the same time and rivet the wedge iron.
Roof mounting
1. Before installing the roof, the t-shaped iron used for the ceiling shall be installed according to the drawings. When installing t-shaped iron, t-shaped iron should arch appropriately according to the span of the rigid frame to ensure that t-shaped iron does not produce downward deflection after the roof is installed. The installation of the roof shall start from the corner of the storage body, and the storage board shall be raised to the designated height and position according to the plate layout. The longitudinal end of the storage board shall be placed on the wall board and t-type iron respectively. Adjust the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line of the roof, check the elevation of the bottom surface of the roof, then fix the roof and t-type iron with pull rivets, connect the corner plate between the roof and the wall plate, and then start the installation of the next stock plate.
2. The installation method of the second roof is basically the same as the first one, and the connection method of the board is basically the same as the installation of the wall board. The connection pieces of the library board shall be fixed outside the library, and three connection pieces of the library board shall be fixed at the joint of each library board, one at both ends of the library board and one in the board (two connection pieces of the library board can also be used if the roof board length is less than 4 meters).
3. After the installation of all roof plates, the installation of c-section steel of the suspended ceiling shall be started. According to the actual layout of the roof, weld the corner iron piece fixing the mushroom head nylon bolt on the ground to the c-section steel of the ceiling according to the corresponding spacing. Then put the c-section steel of the ceiling on the corresponding position of the roof according to the drawing. The c-section steel of the ceiling shall ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of the coaxial line. After adjusting the position of c-section steel on the ceiling, make hole on the top plate at the position of bolt hole on the corner iron, and connect the corner iron with the cabinet plate firmly with the mushroom head nylon bolt. Then the c-section steel of the ceiling is welded to the purline with the round steel lifting piece. According to the elevation of the bottom surface of the ceiling, adjust the nuts under the round steel lifting piece to adjust the c-section steel and the ceiling to the specified height.
All cold storage corner board on both sides of the inner contact with the storage board with a sealing paste. The corners between the wall panels shall be fixed in sections to facilitate the pouring of polyurethane foam on site. The corner plate for fixing the roof shall be cut with iron scissors every 500mm (the size of the opening shall be based on the foaming material), and then fixed on the roof and wallboard. The corner plate shall be fixed with pull rivets. The pull rivet spacing shall be kept at 100mm. The pull rivets fixed on the corner shall form a straight line with equal spacing.
